Obergefell V. Hodges was decided by the Supreme Court in 2015, a landmark ruling that meant gay couples could now obtain marriage licenses. But one Kentucky county clerk refused to issue them, citing her Christian faith, and has spent the last ten years fighting in court to preserve her religious liberty. Now, the Supreme Court could hear her case. If they do, Obergefell – much like Roe v. Wade – could be at the start of the end. RLN’s Addison Smith reports.
